Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Custom printed goods cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Made-to-order goods
Because personalised and made-to-order items are produced to your specification, they cannot be returned because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are defective, damaged or not as described.
Reporting a problem
Please email make@ricreatemedia.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order reference, a description of the problem and clear photos. Reporting promptly helps us investigate courier damage or a production issue; the 48-hour request does not limit your statutory rights.
Reprints & refunds
For a genuine defect, we will provide any remedy required by law. Subject to your statutory rights, we may offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.
